Step 1: Getting Started

Step 2: The Application

​

• Complete the application. Follow through on all Entrance Requirements listed in the packet. If you need clarification on any part of the application, call us at 214-824-6181.

 

PLEASE NOTE: STEP 3 SHOULD BE DONE ONLY AFTER THE PERSPECTIVE STUDENT MAKES THE DECISION THEY ARE DEFINITELY INTERESTED IN COMING TO TEEN CHALLENGE DALLAS.

Step 3: The Blood Test

​

• Blood tests for Basic STD Panel, HIV, Hepatitis Panel (A, B & C), and TB are required and may be obtained from the clinic of your choice. Sign the Release of Medical Forms at the Doctor's Office and email the results to us. We need BEFORE you come into the program.

Step 4: Entrance

​

• After all of the above STEPS are completed, within 24 hours of your readiness to actually come into the program, call 214-824-6181 to schedule your definite date and time of intake into the program.
