Daren Walker
Executive Director
Daren felt a call to ministry when he was attending South Western Assemblies of God University. He earned a bachelors degree in Pastoral Ministries, and a Masters degree in Business Administration from SouthWestern Assemblies of God University.
He has worked in the business sector in management at two different banks. Also,. Heidi and Daren served as Assembly of God missionaries in Latin America for 13 years. During that time they were the directors of Child Hope Guatemala, which has helped thousands of children obtain an education who suffer from extreme poverty. Now Daren is excited to serve as the Executive Director for Adult & Teen Challenge Dallas.
Heidi Walker
Operations Director
Heidi grew up in a Christian home and felt a call to ministry at nine years of age. She attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University and has a bachelors degree in in Christian Education and a Masters degree in elementary education. During college she volunteered with Dallas Metro and also helped plant a church in Dallas. She married Daren Walker and they have three sons. Together they have served as associate pastors and world missionaries. They joined Adult & Teen Challenge Dallas as US missionaries in March 2022. Heidi works as the Operations Director of the ministry.
Todd Harker
Student Life Director
Todd grew up in the beautiful state of Oregon and came to Adult & Teen Challenge Dallas in 2021 as a student in search of freedom. He did not have a christian upbringing, but found Christ and experienced complete transformation in the program. During his time in the program, he became an intern and joined the staff team. Todd has extensive experience in IT and has a call to serve and help those who struggle to find freedom in Christ. He currently serves as Assistant Campus Director and oversees education and student life.
Fred Mobley
Admin Assistant
Fred graduated from Tarelton State University in Stephenville with a B.S. in Finance. Shortly after college Fred found himself homeless and battling a drug and alcohol addiction for 10 years. He came into the program and his life was dramatically changed. After graduating the program, Fred came on staff as an admin assistant and choir director. His responsibilities include directing the Adult & Teen Challenge choir, and using his degree to insure all office responsibilities are well organized.

Jordan Schrock
Work Crew Manager

Jordan has been on staff with Adult and Teen Challenge since October of 2022 following his completion of the program. He manages the work-therapy aspect part of the program. This includes placement of students in various suitable roles, coordinating with potential clients, and those needing help. He also equips teams with instructions, materials, and transportation to complete their assignments. The students work three and a half days a week in various capacities. This helps teach biblical discipline, work ethic, and interpersonal skills while raising revenue to help cover their program expenses.
Phil & Esther Kenney
Facilities Manager
Phil and Esther Kenney met and were married while attending Bible college. Since then, they have served the Lord in many unique and exciting ministry opportunities. They have served as youth pastors, as lead pastors, as part of ministry support teams and for over 25 years they served in missions in Latin America and beyond. They are now excited to be apart of the ministry team at the Adult & Teen Challenge Dallas.
Larry Marable
Counselor
Larry serves as a counselor and teacher to the men going through the ministry. He has worked in the field of mental health and chemical dependency for over 25 years. He has a passion to see mens lives transformed to serve the living God.
